How does the Discovery Call work?
A 20-minute initial conversation to explore your current trajectory. While the 3-month expansion program is our baseline, we will determine if a more specialized or intensive container is required to facilitate your specific transition.
What is the difference between this and traditional executive coaching?
I stand firmly in two worlds. I bring 25 years of strategic leadership and systems-change experience, grounded in the rigorous science of positive psychology. Traditional coaching often stops where logic ends; we move further. We navigate the "landscape of knowing" by bridging measurable metrics with the symbolic depth of the mythic, allowing you to access a "collective knowing" that standard logic alone cannot reach.
How do the sessions work?
Every session is a 90-minute deep dive. We may move from discussing a corporate systems change to card drawn or a character strength analysis in the same hour.
Are the sessions exclusively online?
The primary format is digital to support my global client base. However, in-person sessions can be arranged by appointment at my operational hubs in Umeå or Stockholmm, Sweden.
Can I request a shorter program?
Yes. For those requiring immediate clarity on a specific strategic or existential hurdle, intensive containers are available. However, I have a four session minimum for any process, given that expansion and growth takes time. Availability is determined by my current advisory commitments and teaching schedule.
Can I use this for my professional leadership transition?

Is this "woo-woo" or professional development?
