Cards as Tools is a comprehensive and highly regarded foundation course, fully adapted into a digital format so you can participate from the comfort of your own space.

Spanning over six weeks, this course gives you the necessary time and space to integrate the knowledge and establish a living practice within your daily routine between sessions. It is specifically designed for two types of seekers:

• The absolute beginner who wants to learn the fundamentals from the very beginning, completely free of fluff or shortcuts.
• The self-taught reader who already has some experience with the cards but wants to structure their knowledge and master the craft properly and intuitively from the ground up.

Through this course, we provide you with the instruments, the theory, and the collective digital space to grow—but you always own and drive your own transformational journey. Our focus is entirely on using the cards to create absolute clarity in the present moment (navigating emotions, life choices, and inner processes) rather than predicting the future.

Course Content & Structure

Conducted live via Zoom, the sessions systematically alternate between intellectual sharpness, group reflections, and practical, experience-based exercises. Over the six digital modules, we will cover:

• Tarot Foundations: The structure, logic, and architecture behind the Rider-Waite-Smith system.
• The Symbolic Language: Archetypes, signs, and the hidden psychology within the cards.
• Intuitive Interpretation: How to trust your inner knowing and build personal, vibrant meanings.
• Hands-on Methods: Practical spreads and techniques for reading for yourself and navigating your inner landscape.
• Rituals & Daily Practice: How to establish a sustainable, respectful, and living card practice over time.

To fully support your live learning experience and your continued independent practice, the course includes:

• The Book: Johanna Hallin’s handbook ”Reading Tarot for Yourself” (Digital Edition)—a comprehensive guide filled with symbolism analyses, card meanings, and practical exercises designed to ground your practice.

Course Requirement: Please note that no physical materials will be shipped for this online course. You must have your own tarot deck (the classic Rider-Waite-Smith system is highly recommended) available to work with during all live sessions

• Venue: Online via live sessions on Zoom (a secure access link will be provided before each session).
• Time: 20:00–22:00 CEST.
• Course Dates: Thursdays on November 4, 11, 18, 25, and December 2,9.
• Reserved Buffer Date: Thursday, December 16. (This date is kept strictly reserved in the schedule and will only be utilized if an ordinary session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances).
