Shipping policy

We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option selected. We deliver to all countries. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Within Sweden, deliveries are sent via PostNord (The Swedish Postal Services) as Varubrev, which means it will be trackable and delivered directly to your mailbox. For larger orders, the package will be delivered to a local service point.

To many countries, including the EU and the US, deliveries will be sent via PostNord as Tracked Letter. This means we send international letters directly to the recipient’s home address. The letter is traceable the entire way.

To other countries, deliveries are sent via PostNord as EMS International Express, which means it will be trackable.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. 

We ship from Sweden (EU) and follow all Swedish export regulations. If you're unsure whether your country charges import fees, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
